Description
Established and growing 17 year old company has an excellent opportunity for a local Dallas based experienced sales professional. You must have at least 4 years of sales experience in the technical staffing or technical solutions industry. You must be a hard working self-starter and be accountable to the agreed upon goals. You will work out of the new Dallas branch office to develop and close new business. This is a growth position. You must be able to work under a base plus commission plan with a prior income level of $60k. Essential Duties
- Expand and grow existing accounts in the assigned Dallas area
- Penetrate accounts that have existing company contracts but no active local business
- Meet or exceed established sales order targets within assigned region
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Dallas Market
- Seek meetings and develop relationships with key decision makers
- Follow established sales standard work reporting protocols, to include call reporting, monthly activity/results reporting, traction metrics updating, and sales opportunity funnel administration.
- Work with high performance team to deliver best in class customer service and solutions.
- Attend tradeshows, conferences, and other meetings to build network and identify emerging trends and potential customer needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- 4-5 years selling technical staffing or technical solutions
- Energy and determination to jump in and grow the Dallas Market
- Able to work independently in a goal oriented organization
- Love the hunt and the sales process
- Consistent employment history with demonstrated sales success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills
- Ability to structure deals to specific situations and needs
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and business solutions clearly
