Job Title:  Sales Operations Manager
Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring the sales systems, processes and policies are efficient, reduce administrative time and effort and support company goals. This leader will identify the issues; provide solutions and be responsible for the successful implementation across departments including coordinating global operation initiatives assigned by executive management. Provide front line operational sales support to direct and indirect channels. 5 years experience with 1 year of leadership required. Knowledge of MS CRM, Great Plains preferred. Position based in RTP, NC.
